Job Role:
Workforce Staffing Coordinator, Workforce Staffing Team
Location:
Haryana (Field-based role across regional sites)
Travel required to multiple locations within assigned region.
Job Responsibilities:
Source candidates through internal channels and third-party staffing agencies
Manage candidate pipelines ensuring eligibility and hiring standards
Execute and audit New Hiring Events based on labor demand and projections
Guide candidates and staffing vendors through hiring as per policies
Conduct compliance audits for hiring quality, rehiring, attrition, and candidate experience
Maintain effective communication across stakeholders
Support high-volume hiring operations and staffing projects
Travel to multiple sites for event execution
Work flexible schedules as required
Qualification:
Basic:
High school or equivalent
6+ months experience in Human Resources
6+ months experience in customer service
6+ months experience working with Microsoft Office
Experience handling confidential data
Preferred:
1+ years experience in HR
1+ years customer service experience
1+ years experience with Microsoft Office

Candidate sourcing & pipeline management
